If your GA security risk assessment has been scheduled and you plan to pay upon completion, it is HSC policy that payment must be received by physical check or online prior to delivery of the final assessment report, as the contents of airport security assessments contain professional recommendations and grading criteria which cannot be disputed or contested in order to preserve their integrity. Payment must be submitted to HSC within 5 business days following notification of a completed GA Security Assessment.

Advisory: Following pre-pay, cancellation of a General Aviation Security Assessment less than 72 hours prior to the initial scheduled assessment date may be refunded as low as 80% of initial payment to HSC due to the need for HSC to schedule and purchase airline travel, hotels, and other travel accommodations necessary for traveling to airports for risk assessments.
